PVCC moves into online tutoring with math in Fall 2008 on
Sunday evenings from 5-9pm beginning mid-September! To receive tutoring
online you will need to self-enroll in the math center:
We are using Blackboard's
virtual classroom, Wimba for voice, and the tutor
has a graphic tablet and stylus to write the equations you ask
about. In the virtual classroom, tutors can answer general questions
in the group or meet in a quick breakout session.
Simply sign-on to Blackboard, click on the Course tab,
under the Course Catalog list, click on the link to “
Browse the Course Catalog.”
On the list of courses, click on the enroll button to the
right of the “PVC.LSC.MathCenter: PVC.LSC.MathCenter
”
link. Follow the instruction to
enroll.
