Respect for and adherence to the policies and procedures of the PVCC Faculty Senate as well as the Executive Council, Inc. is essential to the effective balancing of the multiple responsibilities assumed by each Senate representative. Conflicts of interests and ideas are inevitable in an enterprise as complex as this one, but such conflict does not diminish the expectation that Senate representatives will meet their responsibilities with full regard for professional, collegial, and democratic values to which the PVCC Faculty Senate and the Executive Council, Inc. are committed.
