Certificate of Completion: Microsoft Desktop Support Technology #5473
18 - 19 Credits

The Certificate of Completion in Microsoft Desktop Support Technology is designed to provide training to work in an entry-level computer maintenance and help-desk position. Students will develop the skills to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system. Courses in the program also help to prepare for the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) examinations.

Program Notes: Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course in the Required Courses area. "++" or "+" after a course number indicates any module.

Program Prerequisites: 2 credits
Note: In lieu of the following two courses, students with experience in the information technology field may meet these program prerequisites with the permission of the instructor.
